A framework for effective factors on success of mobile government services delivery in Iran

This research presents a framework of effective success factors to implement and
offer mobile government services in developing countries like Iran. Effective factors
on success are criteria by which we can measure success of organization. This
framework obtains its constituent factors by studying recent related authentic articles
about models and frameworks of effective key success factors of electronic
government (e-government) and mobile government (m-government). Then a
framework is established by using Meta-Synthesis method and frequency of those
factors. Actually, in this framework, the factors are categorized into 6 groups;
governmental, technical, organizational, social, cultural, and financial. Finally, these
factors are ranked, using TOPSIS method. The purpose of this research is to define a
framework of effective factors on success of mobile government services delivery in
Iran.
