The current research has been done by identifying the types of organizational culture and designing the division model of organizational culture in the fourth generation industrial revolution. This applied-descriptive work has been done in the paradigm of interpretive research and mixed research (qualitative-quantitative). The data were analyzed using the methods of studying existing knowledge sources, semi-structured interview and Delphi-phase questionnaire and using the methods of directional qualitative analysis and triangular Delphi-phase. The statistical population of the current research in both the quantitative and qualitative parts of this research were the experts on organizational culture and the fourth generation industrial revolution, which were conducted with the purposeful sampling method and 10 interviews were conducted until theoretical saturation was reached. The output of the content analysis was given to the experts to check the validity and the selected components, and necessary adjustments were made, and the reliability of the output of the content analysis was measured by the Holstein method, and its coefficient was 0.8. The result was the design of organizational culture segmentation model. The findings showed that 10 after that, leadership, technology, innovation, organizational, data, organizational structure, high status of knowledge and education, coherence, dynamic strategy and strategic thinking are the characteristics of organizational culture in the fourth generation industrial revolution. The two key axes of the fourth generation industrial revolution were identified as innovation and technology, and finally, four types of organizational culture were identified: passive, conservative, fashion oriented, and digital transformation in the industrial revolution of the generation.
