Today, societies are being transformed into a scientific civilization based on services, education and creative activities. This transformation is the result of the advancement and penetration of modern technologies, especially computer technologies. In recent years the concept of network society has become particularly important in information society theory.
Networks in the network society are a good tool for various activities; for a capitalist economy based on innovation, globalization and decentralized density. The processes of social transformation that have been summarized in the ideal network society go beyond the social and technical relations of production and deeply affect the field of culture and power.
Another aspect to consider is that our culture is derived from Islam and value-based, and in this culture communication cannot be neutral, and for cultural and communication systems such as broadcasting, the mission is conjectural and assumed, and goal-orientation and value must be Be visible and tangible in it. Hence, with regard to the transformation of sound programming and traditional programming rotation and the shift towards the production of interactive programs, issues in the field of culture, the present article discusses the benefits of using library methodologies.
